Welcoming International Visitors to The Netherlands!

Spring 2016

This academic year we welcomed many of our network partners to experience the Dutch Flower cluster at FloraHolland first hand.

May 4th 2016 we welcomed 20 students from Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina in the USA.
May 26th, 2016 we welcomed 55 students from the NIDA Business School, Bangkok, Thailand.
June 29th 2016 we welcomed 32 students from MHA@GW, Masters of Health Administration, Milkin Institute School of Public Health, George Washington University, USA.

Dutch Flower Cluster, Case B – Finalized

July 2015

The Dutch Flower Cluster is a Harvard business Case written in 2006. Because of its popularity, the authors, including Prof. M. Porter and Prof. F. van Eenennaam, decided to update it in 2013. Recently, FloraHolland, the core entity at the heart of the Dutch flower cluster, has determined to have a customized case for internal training purpose.

The MBA program at the International University of Monaco not only uses the Dutch Flower Cluster case in their program, but also brings to the classroom a Dutch expert in the field, Prof. Dr. van Eenennaam. The session with Prof. van Eenennaam covered the story of the development of the flower cluster in the Netherlands, and also extended to the broader topic of the challenges and opportunities to the Netherlands in terms of competitiveness in the time to come.Read more +
